It is Friday afternoon, seven men are due in a plant in Duisburg-Bruckhausen on Monday morning, and the accommodation your supplier promised has just fallen through. What helps now is not a brochure. You need the rate per room, a place for the vans and the driving time to the gate. Per head the calculation starts at €15 per person per night*.

We let rooms in nine houses in Mülheim an der Ruhr and work mainly with firms that post crews into the Ruhr area. Plant builders, industrial service providers, staffing agencies and general contractors book here, usually from four people upward and for a month or more. The office answers Monday to Friday between 8 and 18, and an enquiry that lands on a working day is answered on that day.
A block of rooms instead of nine separate bookings
A contingent is simply a number of rooms held for your period, with one contact on our side. You name the head count, the arrival date and how long the assignment runs. We confirm what can be held and put it into one written quote.
Inside that block the occupancy is yours to steer. A fitter who flies home on Thursday and a replacement who arrives on Friday use the same room, and the rate does not move. Nothing has to be rebooked as long as the head count stays within the block.
Rates a dispatcher can put into a calculation
The rates are fixed per room type and per night rather than shown as a vague starting figure. In the standard houses a single room is €23.54, a double room €34.24 and a three-bed room €41.73. Larger rooms in two of the houses cost €26.75 or €37.45 as a single and €32.10 or €47.08 as a double. All figures include statutory German VAT and apply from September 2026.
Per person the picture is what matters for a budget. A double room divides into €17.12 per man, a three-bed room into €13.91 once all three places are used. A month in a single room comes to €706.20 for 30 nights. Further worked examples stand on the English price page.
One enquiry, one quote, one invoice
Three details make a quote possible: the arrival date, the number of nights and the head count. With those we check what is free and reply in writing. The quote names the room types, the period, the rate per night and the total, so the figure goes straight into a project calculation.
The invoice is addressed to the company that books. A crew of nine in three three-bed rooms for ten nights appears as €1,251.90 on one document. How many rooms we can hold for a given week is confirmed in that quote and never promised in advance.

The times were measured by routing from our address on a clear road, not estimated. Mülheim is an industrial address in its own right, with the turbine works of Siemens Energy seven minutes away and EUROPIPE, Vallourec and the Friedrich Wilhelms-Hütte in the same city. The A40, the A3 and the A52 are the roads your crews will use.
Vehicles, tools and the things that go wrong on site
A transporter left in the wrong place on a Sunday night becomes a fine on Monday. Parking for cars and for trucks belongs to the houses, and the public options are short walks. The Ruhrstraße garage is 100 to 200 metres from the centre, the Forum car park 100 metres from Eppinghofer Straße. A further car park lies 200 metres from Oberstraße, and Am Weißen Turm is 700 metres from the house on Scharpenberg.

What your people will find in the flat
A kitchen with a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and utensils. A private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Bed linen, cleaning and hygiene products, high-speed internet, and a washing machine nobody pays extra for. Separate single beds, so two colleagues in one room are not sharing a mattress.
Food shops are within walking distance of most houses, from 100 metres at Eppinghofer Straße to 900 metres at Scharpenberg. A crew that cooks keeps the subsistence allowance where it belongs.
Arrival without a key handover
Check-in works around the clock and without staff. Once the booking is settled the access code goes out, and the crew lets itself in whenever the van arrives. Nobody has to wait for an evening appointment, and a late arrival changes nothing about the room.
Cancellation stays free of charge until the day of arrival. That is what makes an early reservation harmless while a project date is still moving.
