Search for a bed in the Ruhr area and you will see a price starting at some low number, with no room type, no occupancy and no tax stated beside it. When the invoice arrives, the figure has changed. This page does the opposite: a place here begins at €15 per person per night*, and every rate below is named with the occupancy it belongs to.
* Behind the star stands the usual qualifier, depending on length of stay and occupancy of the room.
All amounts are per room and per night, and each contains the statutory German value added tax. They are the rates of September 2026 for our nine houses in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

Two of the nine houses have larger rooms and are priced above the standard. Everything else runs on the three rates in the first block of the table.
What one man pays for one night
The per-person column is the one that decides a calculation. A fitter alone in a single room carries the full €23.54. Two colleagues in a double room pay €17.12 each. Three in a three-bed room pay €13.91 each, and that is the lowest rate anywhere in our houses.
That last figure only holds when the third place is actually taken. Two people in a three-bed room still pay €41.73 for the room, so a half share is nothing we would quote. We name the occupancy with every price, which is exactly what a starting price on a portal refuses to do.
Three postings, calculated to the last cent
A crew of nine in three three-bed rooms for ten nights: 3 × €41.73 × 10 = €1,251.90. That is €13.91 per man and night, and it reaches the company as one amount on one invoice.
Eight people in four double rooms for five nights: 4 × €34.24 × 5 = €684.80. Per person and night that stays €17.12, whatever the shift plan looks like.

What a dispatcher should compare
A hotel charges per person and gives you nothing to cook with. Two colleagues in a double room here pay €17.12 each and have a kitchen, a washing machine and a parking place. Over a four week assignment for a team of six, that gap decides the whole calculation.
The second thing worth comparing is what a block booking saves in administration. Nine rooms on nine receipts cost the same as nine rooms on one document, but only one of them survives an audit without extra work.
What the rate already covers
Bed linen belongs to the room. So do cleaning products and hygiene products, the high-speed internet connection and the use of the washing machine. The kitchen with its stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and utensils is part of the flat, and the bathroom with shower and toilet is private.
Parking for cars and for trucks belongs to the houses, and a work table stands in every room. None of this appears later as a separate line. Professional cleaning is done before each new arrival rather than charged as an entry fee.
What this page deliberately does not decide
Terms of payment, invoicing details and anything to do with a deposit are settled in the written quote for your period. The same is true for the exact number of rooms that can be held. Those things depend on the dates you give us, and a page that guessed at them would be worthless a week later.
What does not depend on the dates is the rate itself. €23.54, €34.24 and €41.73 are the figures you can plan with, and cancellation is free of charge up to the day of arrival.
Getting a binding figure for your dates
Send the arrival date, the number of nights and the head count. You then get a written quote with room types, nights and the total, and after confirmation an access code for a check-in the crew handles itself at any hour.
